Bushra Bibi was overheard telling Dr. Arsalan Khalid that Imran Khan had told her to use the traitor hashtag on social media.
Bushra Bibi, the wife of Imran Khan, is allegedly heard instructing Dr. Arsalan Khalid, the PTI Chairman for Digital Media, to run trends labeling people as traitors when the political environment heats up, in an alleged new audio recording.
The former first lady initially complained to Dr. Arsalan Khalid on the audio about the PTI social media team’s lack of activity lately. She further said that at the previous prime minister Imran Khan’s direction, Dr. Khalid and his gang had utilized the traitor hashtag on social media.
Several people called, your social media was busy, and it hasn’t been active for a week. Imran Khan urged you to run the traitor hashtag. Why is [this] the case, beta? requested Bushra.
Bushra counseled Dr. Khalid to let the matter go and warned him that Aleem Khan and others would speak out against Imran Khan, her, and her friend Farah Khan before Dr. Khalid had a chance to defend himself.
Dr. Khalid consented to the former first lady’s request to label them traitors on social media. You don’t need to make a big deal out of this [but] label them traitors on [social media] because they will create so many stories and spread people’s statements, she said.
Because Aleem Khan and others will be speaking out in line with a strategy, you must link them to the traitor hashtag. The [threat] letter must be posted on social media with the claim that we have independently verified its veracity. Bushra informed Dr. Khalid that they had formed a group to betray [the nation], and in an effort to save themselves, they had joined the traitors.
After that, the former first lady instructed Dr. Khalid to instruct his employees to bring up the government’s decision to cease buying oil from Russia and draw a comparison between it and how Imran Khan was being duped.
Bushra continued, “Now you need to make sure [this problem] doesn’t go away.” She instructed the spokesperson for the outgoing prime minister to start a trend on social media to alert people to the fact that Imran Khan and the country are being duped.

The former first lady continued after addressing Dr. Khalid that people were concerned about how Imran Khan was aware of everything before it was made widely known.

Ever since Imran Khan became prime minister, there have been several rumors about the former first lady’s involvement in politics. According to sources, Bushra played a key role in the appointment of Usman Buzdar as Punjab’s chief minister as well as the removal of cabinet members.
According to the PTI, Bushra is a private individual who has maintained repeatedly that she is not interested in politics.
